Community Yoga for Health & Wellbeing is a gentle, supportive class designed for people who would like to improve their health and wellbeing through accessible yoga practices.

This class brings together elements of the previous Yoga for Wellbeing and Yoga for Chronic Pain and Fatigue sessions, allowing regular support for people living with a wide range of health conditions and life challenges.
​
You do not need previous yoga experience, flexibility or fitness to attend. The focus is on helping you move in a way that feels safe, manageable and supportive for your body and mind.

This class is free thanks to funding from Love Norfolk and The Norfolk Community Foundation.
