Health Professionals Referrals

We work with GPs, social prescribers, physiotherapists, mental health teams, and other health professionals who want to support their patients with additional wellbeing options. You can refer patients directly to us, or contact us to explore partnership opportunities. Our aim is to complement existing care with safe, evidence-based yoga therapy and mindfulness practices.

As a non-profit organisation, our aim is to make our services accessible to everyone, regardless of income. Services are offered free of charge or on a sliding scale, where possible, ensuring cost is never a barrier to care.

Yoga therapy and mindfulness-based practices support a wide range of physical and mental health needs.

What is yoga therapy?

It is the therapeutic application of yoga, using movement, breathing techniques, relaxation, and guided awareness to address individual health concerns. Alongside mindfulness, it offers a safe, adaptable approach that complements medical care and rehabilitation.

Evidence-based benefits

Research shows these practices can:

  • Reduce stress, anxiety, and symptoms of depression

  • Help manage pain, fatigue, sleep difficulties, and burnout

  • Improve recovery and quality of life for those living with long-term or complex conditions

  • Support rehabilitation after illness or injury

Yoga and mindfulness are also recommended in NICE guidelines for certain presentations.

Physical health support

Yoga therapy can help to:

  • Reduce chronic pain

  • Improve mobility, balance, and functional movement

  • Support musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, and menopausal health concerns

By combining breathwork, body awareness, and mindful movement, yoga empowers people to take an active role in managing their health, building resilience, and enhancing wellbeing.
