Service Description
If you’ve been feeling out of balance, stressed, overwhelmed, or unable to fully switch off, your nervous system may be working harder than it needs to. This morning workshop offers a relaxed, accessible introduction to how your nervous system influences stress, relaxation, and emotional balance — and how yoga can help bring things back into balance. Through a mix of gentle yoga, breathwork, relaxation, and informal learning, you’ll learn practical skills you can use in daily life to feel calmer, steadier, and more resilient. No prior knowledge or yoga experience is needed. Everything is explained in a clear, relaxed way, with plenty of time to experience the practices rather than just talk about them. The workshop will be held at Sunfyr Barns, Framlingham Pigot. There is a lovely cafe at Sunfyr Barns that will be open should you want a coffee before the class or lunch after. £35 earlybird price before 6th Feb, £40 thereafter
