A gentle, easy going yoga class suitable for beginners.
Improve your health and wellbeing in a supportive and relaxed way. Options are given for both the mat an chair, meaning you can practice in the way that best suits you.
If you would like to try yoga but find that your physical or mental health or financial situation prevents you from doing so then this class is for you.
This is one of our community yoga classes, funded by donations. There is an honesty box with change, please donate what you feel able to.
